WES GDPR information notice
Information notice on data processing – Law no 1.165 of 23 December 1993 and pursuant to the GDPR 2016 5679 (General Data Protection Regulation)
By this document, you authorise us to process your personal data in accordance with Law no. 1.165 of 23 December 1993, consolidated since the Act n° 1.454 of 30 October 2017. Pursuant to Article 17 of said law, the data processor is WES Management SARL, which undertakes to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The recipient of the data is our company, WES Management SARL.
Our structure provides appropriate technical and organizational measures for protecting personal information from events such as accidental destruction or unlawful processing, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure and unauthorised access.
Our processing system also applies to any transfers of data to third countries in which our correspondents are located, and which have an adequate level of protection in all cases: that is, laws that are equivalent to those of Monaco on the protection of nominative information.
We inform you that the purpose of the processing is to maintain our customer records, in compliance with our obligations of identification. There will be no transmission of your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. This personal data processing is compulsory in nature, and in the event of a failure to respond and/or provide authorisation, we will not be able to proceed with our services.
We inform you that in accordance with the above-mentioned Law no. 1.165, you also have the right to access, rectify and erase your information contained in our files.
In addition to the above information relating to Law no. 1.165 of 23 December 1993 on purposes, processing and transmission, the data controller and the compulsory nature of the data processing, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we further inform you that in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, you have the right to: a) request confirmation of whether or not your personal data exist; b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the period of time for which they will be stored; c) obtain the rectification and erasure of data; d) obtain restriction of processing; e) obtain data portability: that is, receive them from a data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit them to another controller without hindrance; f) object to the processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes; g) object to an automated decision-making process relating to physical persons, including client profiling; h) ask the data controller for access to personal data and for the rectification or erasure of said data or the restriction of processing concerning you, or object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability; i) withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; and j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
